Why I Wrote One Wrong BiteI am passionate about the power of God to change lives with truth - His power to set people free to live in a reality that transcends the mundane mechanics of every day life. Maybe you've already noticed this, but something tends to get lost in the debate over whose moral standards will win over in our society - why it matters beyond personal preferences in how we choose to live in our immediate environments. Do right and wrong not have more to do with us and God than our preferred lifestyles in our few and fleeting years? Are there not eternal implications regarding whether we are right or wrong with Him, and is there not a sure standard we can look at to know either way? At one time, I didn't think so. I thought I was right with God as long as I was basically a good guy. God stepped in and opened my eyes to the truth I have written about in this book - the simple truth He has revealed in His Book - that He has a right and wonderful way for us to live in with Him, in a heavenly relationship not bound by time, space, or circumstances, and not based on a moral code I have written for myself. With this truth, He set me forever free from the confines of an earth-bound, self-determined life, which would have ended only in death and separation from Him. He showed me why I was lost in my own way and needed a Savior to bring me into His way. If you are a Christian, I hope He equips you with this book, showing you how to witness from the Fall to the Savior, to use you in doing the same for others. If you are not a Christian, I hope He uses this book to do the same for you.

From the Back CoverOne Wrong Bite takes us back to the fountainhead of humanity in the
Garden of Eden, where the first sin was committed, to see what wrong
really is and where human evil really began. By God’s revelation to us,
we can understand where we went wrong with Him, and then move on to
understand how we can really get right with Him. By His grace, we see
that what we really gain infinitely outweighs what we really need to
give up. In short, One Wrong Bite is about getting people back to a
concrete standard of right and wrong, as defined and revealed by God, in
order to know why we need a Savior and how to live once we are saved,
for all of God’s glory and eternal best.
